We have several ways for you to get your files to us. Choose any of the following:

Upload via FTP For sending files under 5 MB via your e-mail For sending disks and hard copy via mail or courier In Person

I need some clarification or none of these options work for me. I am going to need some help!

Upload via FTP

1. Compress (MAC/Stuffit - PC/Winzip) all of your original files together (fonts, graphics, application files) to create a single Stuffit or Winzip file.
2. You require client side FTP software. For MAC users you can use Fetch, for PC users you can use WS_FTP, or equivalent.
3. You will require a Host Name, User Name, and Password. Please contact rep for more details.
4. After you have sent your file(s), please notify your Client Representative.

Files sent without this notification form will be deleted.

Note: Compressing your files together make them easier to manage, and can prevent corruption when transferring over the internet. Also remember that when sending in revision files to rename them something different than the original (ie. Filename_Rev1, 2 etc.). You will get an error otherwise as you cannot overwrite a file that already exsists on the FTP.

For sending files under 5 MB via your e-mail

2. Attach your single compressed file with your e-mail to a Client Representative.
3. In your e-mail letter be sure to mention: Your name and contact information, file(s) description and printing information.

For sending disks and hard copy via mail or courier

1. Place all relevant files into appropriate folders; Fonts, Graphics, and Application files. You may include hard copy with this shipment.
2. In your letter be sure to mention: Your name and contact information, file(s) description and printing information.
3. Send your package to the attention of your client representative to:

Note: Make sure your files have been re-linked to the Application files before saving.
